The issue with our third-party email provider has been resolved, and outbound email delivery is operating normally again. Email MFA, customer email communications, payment requests, and other email-based functionality have been restored for all dealerships. We will continue to monitor for stability. We have identified an issue with a third-party email provider that is affecting email MFA, customer email communications, payment requests, and other email delivery across myKaarma for all dealerships. Users may be unable to send or receive emails, and email MFA codes may not be delivered. As a temporary measure, dealerships may disable email MFA for affected users to allow account access. Our provider is aware of the issue and is actively working toward a resolution. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.
