myKaarma users may experience slower loading of several features due to an issue with a 3rd party provider. Multi-store users may experience longer loading times when switching between stores, ServiceCart users may not see which other users are in an MPI, and may experience longer loading times for MPIs from the route sheet, and printing estimates from Mobile Check-In may result in an error. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and we will update you once that has been fixed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
