myKaarma users are still encountering issues with video uploads from both the myKaarma Desktop App and web browsers. Our engineers are actively working on a solution and it'll be fixed within the next 12 hours. However, since this feature is one of the least used, it will not impact other functionality within the application. We will provide an update once it is available.
